- PLC controlled operation with coloured touch screen HMI
- Two free-board cooling systems
- Primary 2 – 5 Deg C
- Secondary Cooling 0 – -15 Deg C
- Molecular sieve for water absorption
- Ultrasonic power applied to each tank
- Auto-close lid to minimise evaporation
- Solvent jetting under immersion (optional)
- Safety enclosure (optional)
- Optional productivity kit for full automated process, including loading and unloading of the basket
- Power consumption is typically 415 AC/ 32 A
Machines can be customised for a hybrid process and different tank sizes are available upon request.
